Steps:
Download the mod (ModSkinDota5.9.zip) (disable adblocker if you can't download) Extract and open "ModSkinDota.exe" or "ModSkinDota" At first, you will be asked by the mod for the file location of your DOTA 2. Just go to your DOTA 2 folder and select it. Just wait for the configuration and you can enjoy playing DOTA 2 with customized mod! Take note that this mod is only visible to you (the user) so your teammates and opponent won’t see the mod.
